The location of this charming countryside retreat is simply breathtaking. With beautiful gardens and a serene lake, guests can truly immerse themselves in nature. The private cabins offer a cozy and comfortable stay, with everything you need for a relaxing getaway. The hosts are incredibly hospitable and go above and beyond to make your stay memorable, providing helpful information and a generous welcome pack. The cabin is well-furnished and impeccably clean, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

One small downside is the lack of a heater or heated towel rail in the bathroom, but this can easily be managed by opening the door to let heat flow through.

Our stay at Lakeside Town Farm was absolutely amazing! The lodge was beautiful and had everything we needed for a self-catering break. The location was stunning, surrounded by gardens, a lake, and even some farm animals. The owners, Theresa and Jim, were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had a perfect stay. We felt so welcome and comfortable during our time there. it was a unique and peaceful experience that we can't wait to repeat.

lakeside town farm exceeded my expectations yet again. the cabin was cosy, the grounds peaceful, and the hosts extremely lovely and welcoming. a truly tranquil getaway that i thoroughly enjoyed.

I had the most mind-blowing experience at this incredible rural retreat! The wooden cabin, situated in front of a serene lake and stunning gardens, was truly jaw-dropping. Theresa, our amazing host, was super helpful and welcoming, providing us with an abundance of information on local walks and villages. Plus, with plenty of fantastic pubs and restaurants nearby, dining out was always an option. The free Wi-Fi, convenient free parking, and well-equipped electric kettle and kitchen utensils were perfect for our stay. The flat-screen TV was an added bonus for relaxing evenings. The location also offered incredible outdoor activities like hiking and cycling, along with access to a nearby golf course. We loved the outdoor dining area and picnic tables that allowed us to soak in the picturesque surroundings. In addition, the abundance of board games kept us entertained during lazy afternoons. Another fantastic aspect was the pet-friendly policy, which allowed us to bring our furry friend along. Plus, the strict no smoking policy on-site ensured a clean and fresh atmosphere throughout our stay. this place was pure paradise, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a peaceful and unforgettable getaway.
